The sky’s the limit for Bridgnorth Endowed pupil and trampolinist, Amy Howell, who took part in the National Trampoline Championships held in Cardiff last month.
The dedicated Year 8 student made the move from gymnastics to trampolining just over a year and half ago and her incredible talents are going from strength to strength.
As a member of Telford’s Gravitate Trampoline Club, Amy puts in hours of training every Monday and Saturday and has high hopes of progressing to a national level and beyond.
Amy’s mum, Sarah, said: “I’m extremely proud of Amy – she works really hard and is very committed to the sport.”
“The next big national competition is in Brighton at the end of May, and she’ll also be competing for a place in the West Midlands inter-regional finals for the second year running.”
Well done to Amy, we wish her the best of luck for these events and look forward to hearing how she gets on.
