Royal Navy Logistics Virtual Experience: 27th July 2021

The Logistics branch is the backbone of the Royal Navy. Sustaining over 35,000 people across the world, every day, is no mean feat. Whatever you choose, from catering to hospitality, supply chain to HR, or even a leadership role as a Logistics Officer, you’ll be relied upon heavily by your crewmates.

From meals to missiles, and everything in between, it’s a level of responsibility you won’t find in many jobs, with rewards that are just as hard to come by.

Take part in the first ever Royal Navy Logistics Virtual Experience on Tuesday 27th July at 18:30 to discover what life is like in one of the busiest teams, the wide variety of roles available, the amazing benefits and salary that match the unique career paths and more.

MCMT Pre Apprenticeship Programme: June to August 2021

Would you like to find out more about apprenticeships and whether it’s the right route for you?

The Marches Centre of Manufacturing and Technology (MCMT) has developed a Pre Apprenticeship Programme to allow you to fully explore the apprenticeship route.

Applications are now open and the course is available to students currently studying in Year 10, 11, 12 and 13 who study in either Shropshire or Telford and Wrekin.

The programme will be delivered both online and face to face over the course of three days. There are 10 places available for the each set of dates. Students will be selected and invited on the programme following a selection process, the sessions will take place on:

  • Option 1: 2nd - 4th June, 2021
  • Option 2: 23rd - 25th June, 2021
  • Option 3: 18th - 20th August 2021 (Deadline for applications 4th August)

Birmingham Metropolitan College (BMet) is a further and higher education college with ten campuses in and around Birmingham.
