Students from Bridgnorth Endowed spread plenty of festive cheer at the school’s annual Christmas Carol Concert held at St Mary’s Church in Bridgnorth on Thursday evening.
Reverend Simon Boxall delivered an uplifting opening address to the congregation, and Headteacher, Mr Penn, followed with a recital of the much-loved poem The Night Before Christmas.
The exciting festive programme continued with some incredible solos, duets, instrumental pieces, readings, and, of course, performances from the fantastic Bridgnorth Endowed School Choir.
Mr Penn commented: “Our annual Carol Concert was a truly wonderful evening of celebration and it was great to see so many people coming along to the event.”
“The students gave some outstanding performances and special thanks goes to our staff, the Reverend Boxall and pianist, Oliver Clarke, for helping to make the evening so special.”
