Congratulations to three talented cricket players from Bridgnorth Endowed School, who have been selected to play for the U13 Girls’ County Cricket Team.
Isabelle Wedgbury and Neve Crann, both from Year 8, have been playing since the age of seven, and Izzy Crann, from Year 7, took up the sport slightly later.
This season’s training will soon begin in earnest, but the trio have already made their debut and chalked up two county matches.
The school is also lucky enough to benefit from these top players as the three girls represent Bridgnorth Endowed in the mixed team.
Isabelle, Neve and Izzy commented: “We all really enjoy cricket and want to play as much as we possibly can for both the school and the county.”
