Back in October of last year, 95 Year 10 students were awarded certificates for successfully achieving the Bronze Arts Award.
The school then needed to send one of the certificates on a journey of over 4,500 miles, to reach a student who left Bridgnorth to live in Dubai last summer.
Rebekah Elston finally received her award this week and sent us a photo of herself in front of her new school, The Dubai British School.
Rebekah is enjoying her exciting new life in Dubai – studying hard at school, making friends and going to a weekly surf club.
However, she misses all her friends at Bridgnorth Endowed School and hopes to come over for a visit very soon.
Well done to Rebekah for all the hard work that went into achieving her Arts Award and good luck with life in Dubai.
