Bridgnorth Endowed students and staff celebrated the Fourth of July in true American style with a special Independence Day-inspired lunchtime menu.

School caterers, Aspens, served all the classics, including homemade pizza, grilled Cajun chicken, macaroni cheese, beef burgers and spicy bean burgers.

On the side, there were plenty of tasty options with sweet potato wedges, spicy rice, corn on the cob and crunchy slaw – all freshly-made in the school kitchen.

Dessert lovers were also in luck, with a tempting choice of doughnuts, cupcakes, New York cheesecake, chocolate brownies, and red, white and blue fruit pots.

Aspens Services have been providing the school with high-quality catering for almost a year and there are exciting plans in place to offer even more in September.
