Bridgnorth Endowed students and staff were treated to a delicious array of homemade cakes and biscuits at the Scientia charity bake sale held in school yesterday lunchtime.
The special event was a great success as the ‘green team’ raised a staggering £85 for their two chosen house charities – Cancer Research UK and Hope House.
The event formed part of the charity initiative run by the four BES houses throughout the school year. Veritas supports Bridgnorth Food Bank, Virtus opted for Compton Hospice, and Invictus chose West Mercia Search and Rescue.
Well done to Scientia for raising over £80 in just one hour!
