Thank you to our caterers, Aspens, for last Friday’s ‘Taste of Italy’ themed lunch, which was a big hit with students and staff.
The mouth-watering menu featured pizza, chicken and bacon pasta, Italian meatballs, and macaroni cheese as main dishes plus a selection of tasty sides, including rosemary bread and homemade cheese and tomato ciabatta.
The dessert choices continued the theme with favourites, such as chocolate tiramisu, orange and yoghurt cake, and lemon mousse.
A member of staff said: “The lunch looked amazing – the smell of fresh bread baking and homemade pizza and Bolognese was delicious.”
