The Bridgnorth Endowed Year 7 football team got its campaign successfully underway with a 5–4 victory against William Brookes on Wednesday.
After experimenting with positions and squad rotations, Bridgnorth played extremely well in their first competitive game.
Gibbons, Gwinnett and Owen combined effectively, to cause a constant threat down the left-hand side.
The impressive Prior captained the side and his distribution and composure on the ball allowed Bridgnorth to build up attacks from defensive positions.
