Following the recent flooding, football returned to The Friars Playing Field with a Year 7 match between Bridgnorth Endowed and Shrewsbury’s Priory School.
This was a strong performance from the U12 team, with goals coming from Harrison Hakeman and Noah Clayworth.
A successful debut for James Axon in goal saw plenty of protection from Danny Lees and Charlie Fletcher in defence. Bridgnorth will host Mary Webb School in the quarter finals.
