Students who had chalked up more than a million words as part of the Accelerated Reader programme were taken to The Board Room on the last day of term as a reward for their hard work and dedication.
Located on Whitburn Street in Bridgnorth, The Board Room boasts more than 370 games and our reading millionaires got the chance to play classic board games over milkshakes and other tasty treats.
The Accelerated Reader programme is more popular than ever with many students joining the Millionaire’s Club by reading books then completing the online quizzes to increase their word count.
Congratulations to all our students who have reached and even exceeded the million word mark this year and we look forward to celebrating this wonderful programme with next year’s batch of book worms.
