Meet the New House Captains

For Rowley with Mrs Tristham – Will Jewkes, Noah Ray-Baker, Dan Reynolds, Mae Cates-Walters, Caitlin Belcher and Emma Moreton

The Heads of the school’s three houses – Washbrook, Rowley and Hardwicke – recently unveiled their newly-appointed House Captains for the academic year 2019-20.

The dynamic team of Year 11 students will play key roles as leaders and ensure that the student voice is well-represented within the school.

Any issues or questions raised in tutor groups, are fed through to the House Captains who then take them to School Council meetings for discussion and possible action.

Other duties include supporting the Heads of House, working with the Head Boy and Head Girl, and helping to organise events such as sports day, inter-house competitions and house matches.

Congratulations to our new House Captains and good luck for the year ahead.

For Hardwicke with Mr Middleton – Grace Thornes, Millie Horsley, Thomas Bryant, James Litchfield, Megan Thomas and Emily Taylor

For Washbrook with Mr Hughes – Danni Head, Chardonnay Turner, Anthony Simpson, Jess Heseltine, Hannah Osbourne and Charlotte Gilbody
