Bridgnorth Endowed School Unveils New Website

New Bridgnorth Endowed School WebsiteBridgnorth Endowed School is pleased to announce the unveiling of its brand-new website. The launch heralds a new chapter at the school, following a change in headship last September.

Headteacher, Barry Worth, comments: “Bridgnorth Endowed is a fantastic school and we wanted a new site to reflect what we’ve been striving to achieve here.”

“The school’s excellent facilities, outstanding teaching and 500-year history in education, is a winning combination that we needed to communicate more effectively.”

Local marketing specialist, Vikki Dober, has been working with the school to develop its online presence, in partnership with Bridgnorth-based web developers, Clickingmad Ltd.

Vikki explains: “The aim was to bring into focus the wonderful student experience at Bridgnorth Endowed through a more dynamic, user-friendly website.”

Shaun Carvill, Managing Director of Clickingmad, adds: “Using the latest in design styling and technical back office provision, the new website is leaps ahead of the old provision. My team has worked hard to bring the project forward and the website has been fully tested across all devices with a very quick turnaround.”

An important aspect of the project has been to get students involved, and a video tour, created by recent pupil, Jake Evans, takes pride of place on the homepage, demonstrating the skills he developed on the school’s popular iMedia course.

More is planned as the site evolves, with some exciting new features to give further insight into life at the school from the pupils themselves.

The site also includes a timeline to capture Bridgnorth Endowed’s long and fascinating history that dates right back to 1503. Fast-forward to the next generation, and there’s a useful Frequently Asked Questions page for new parents to get to grips with how everything works.

Mr Worth concludes: “I am delighted that we are able to showcase all that the school offers, to give current and prospective parents and students the chance to see why Bridgnorth Endowed School is so special.”
