Aspens brought a welcome ray of Mediterranean sunshine to Bridgnorth Endowed yesterday, when they put on a ‘fantastico’ Italian menu for pupils and staff to enjoy.
Pasta was of course on the menu with a selection of different sauces, including bolognese, arrabiata and veggie carbonara, plus a delicious risotto and homemade pizza.
On the side, there was bruschetta, garlic bread and a tasty choice of fresh Italian salads, then to finish there were gelato pots and a mouth-watering range of baked treats.
A big thank you to Aspens for another wonderful lunchtime event that gave everyone a real taste of Italy.
