Headteacher’s Christmas Message

The autumn term is the longest and always feels the busiest, and this year has been no exception. It is hard to believe that we are already over a third of the way through the academic year.

There have been numerous highlights over the past few months, culminating the lovely Carol Concert at St. Mary Magdalene Church on Tuesday evening.

I am extremely proud of all the Bridgnorth Endowed students who have worked hard, participated in sport and extra-curricular activities, raised money for charity and been ambassadors for our school.

It was great to see so many parents and carers attend the Year 7 Parents’ Evening last week, where it was wonderful to hear how they had settled into their time at Bridgnorth Endowed.

During the festive period, it is important that children stay safe. Year 11 students will hopefully be continuing with their revision for the mock exams in February, as when we return there are only 17 weeks until the start of the external examinations.

I would also encourage all students to ensure they rest and spend quality time with friends and family, so they can return in January refreshed and ready for the learning ahead.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Best wishes,

Headteacher
