Pay Scale:	Grade 7, SCP 12 to 17
Pay Rate:	£28,598 to £31,022 (pro rata) / £20,919 to £22,697 (approx FTE)

About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?

Bridgnorth Endowed School and Thomas Adams School, Wem are seeking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Alternative Provision (AP) Learning Mentor (Higher Level Teaching Assistant – HLTA).

This role will be based across both sites and will involve working closely with our most valuable students within our internal Alternative Provision settings.

As part of the inclusive 3-18 Trust, which champions belonging and celebrates every learner, you will play a vital role in supporting small groups and individual pupils to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.

Thomas Adams School

The Thomas Adams School are a co-educational 11-18 community school and our campus is based on the edge of Wem, Shropshire. The school was rated was rated GOOD by Ofsted in September 2023. We employ 90+ staff and have approx. 1250 students enrolled at Thomas Adams School and Sixth Form.
