Over half term, 52 students went on the History Battlefields Trip to Belgium and France and enjoyed a packed four-day tour, which included the well-preserved site of Napoleon’s final defeat, surviving trenches of World War 1 and some of the beautiful memorials and cemeteries dedicated to the remembrance of the fallen.
