Salary: Grade 5, SCP 5 to 6 – £24,790 to £25,183 (pro rata)

teaching assistantWe're expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Level 2 SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils' learning in line with codes of practice and school policies and procedures.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students with learning difficulties/disabilities in mainstream classes and small groups to enable students with SEN to achieve their full potential in school.

The successful candidate will have excellent people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both students and adults. You will be flexible and adaptable with the ability to use your own initiative.

The school was rated GOOD by Ofsted in September 2023. It occupies a fantastic location, just off the high street in the historic market town of Bridgnorth and has excellent facilities, including its own leisure centre complete with 25-metre swimming pool and air-conditioned fitness suite.

Bridgnorth Endowed School is part of The 3-18 Education Trust, a multi-academy trust with students aged from 3-18 and which works collaboratively to provide interesting and exciting opportunities for staff to share ideas, resources and expertise, for the benefit of the students.
