We are seeking to appoint an aspirational leader for the role of Assistant Headteacher to lead on Pastoral within Bridgnorth Endowed School, starting in September 2024.
The successful candidate will be passionate about creating a culture where all pupils experience a positive and enriching school life. If you care about the success of all students and have the energy, enthusiasm and experience to make that success a reality, we would welcome your application. The ability to teach maths or computer science would be beneficial but not essential.
The school was rated GOOD by Ofsted in September 2023. It occupies a fantastic location, just off the high street in the historic market town of Bridgnorth and has excellent facilities, including its own leisure centre complete with 25-metre swimming pool and air-conditioned fitness suite.
Bridgnorth Endowed School is part of The 3-18 Education Trust, a multi-academy trust with students aged from 3-18 and which works collaboratively to provide interesting and exciting opportunities for staff to share ideas, resources and expertise, for the benefit of the students.
