Ski Trip 2021 Announced – click here for details

ski trip 2021We're excited to announce that the school will be running a ski trip to Andorra in February half term 2021.

Andorra is fast becoming Europe’s go-to ski destination due to its amazing range of slopes and its location nestled between France and Spain that sees it taking influences from both countries.

The trip is designed to accommodate all abilities of skier, from those who have never been before, to those with lots of experience. It is the ideal opportunity for beginners to learn under expert supervision, and for those with more experience to develop their skills and technique.

It is also an excellent social and cultural opportunity, allowing pupils to experience new cultures, as well as a sense of independence away from home. The ski region of El Tarter is within the Grandvalira ski resort, which boasts an extensive ski area, reliable snow and fantastic landscapes that make it definitely worth a visit.

Andorra is a fresh, new resort with more provision for skiers on their first trip – in fact, recent investment has developed this area with state-of-the-art beginner and lift facilities. So, if you have never been on the slopes before, this trip is perfect for you. If you have skied many times, fear not, the world-class ski school can also accommodate your needs and will certainly get your adrenaline racing.

The school ski trip represents great value for money. For a family to go skiing at that time of year, the cost is unlikely to be less than £5000 and, on top of that, instruction will be around £100 per day. This trip is an extremely cost-effective way for pupils to learn to ski, in a safe and enjoyable environment with their friends.
