exam results 2024GCSE certificates for grades announced last summer are now ready for students to collect from school on any weekday, between 8am and 4pm.

Ideally, students should collect them in person from our Examinations Officer, Miss Minifie, but if that's not possible, they are able to ask someone else to pick them up on their behalf.

The nominated person would need to bring along a note of authorisation, naming them and signed by the student, with some form of photo ID, as we are not permitted to give certificates to a third party without written consent.

We strongly advise that the official certificates are collected as they may be required for college applications and job interviews in the future, and we are only obliged to hold them for 12 months.

Once collected, they should be kept safe as there is a non-refundable fee of approximately £40-£50 to replace them and students would need to apply directly to each exam board. Please note that exam boards are unable to provide full replacement certificates for GCSEs and would supply a ‘certified statement of results’ instead.
