Right from the start, in Year 7, tutors create a Careers Pathway Tracker for each student to record intentions and raise aspirations.
Dedicated careers education throughout the school means that students benefit from guidance on options subjects, work experience and post-16 choices.
Our Careers Co-ordinator works closely with subject teachers and form tutors to develop effective wrap-around support for each student.
We hold a biennial Careers and Jobs Convention and, in the intervening year, a Higher Education Fair, where we invite local employers and higher education representatives to engage with our students.
In addition, our partnership with Bridgnorth Aluminium has secured exciting opportunities for students to develop their STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) skills.
