Year 10 students at the Shrewsbury Colleges Group Summer Art & Design Show<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

A group of Year 10s from Bridgnorth Endowed visited Shrewsbury College\u2019s Art and Design Summer Show on Friday and got a glimpse into the creative talents of its art and design students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event showcased artwork produced from a wide range of courses available at the college, and our students gained some insight into possible pathways they could move on to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day included a fashion show and the chance to tour exhibitions of art and design, graphic communication, textiles, product design, photography, and creative media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Head of Creative Arts at BES, Mrs Rhodes, commented: \u201cOur students were amazed at the standard of work on display and really enjoyed seeing exhibits from former Bridgnorth Endowed students.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe quote of the day has to be ‘ This is better than The Turner Prize we saw at the Liverpool Tate’, which sums up how impressed our students were .\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
