Providing a balanced education for our students and preparing them for adult life means developing learning experiences outside of the classroom.

We understand that engaging with the local and wider community is an essential part of this, and we work hard to forge strong links with local businesses and organisations to create opportunities. We also welcome employers to our post-16 events and careers fairs to engage directly with our students.

Recruitment is another important aspect of community outreach, to attract, not only staff, but other contributors, such as trustees and volunteers.

We offer many of the school's facilities on a hire basis and regularly open our doors to local people for a broad range of events. The Leisure Centre brings extensive health and social benefits to the community and we strive to provide residents, as well as our students, with the best sports facilities possible.

Our desire to bring local people together and to create a sense of community is a valuable part of school life and is very much at the heart of Bridgnorth Endowed.
