Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy

shieldsWe have updated our Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy with an addendum, which applies during the period of school closure due to COVID-19. The new document reflects the latest advice from our three local safeguarding partners and Shropshire Council.

It sets out changes to our normal child protection policy in light of the Department for Education’s guidance – Coronavirus: Safeguarding in schools, colleges and other providers – and should be read in conjunction with that policy.

Unless covered in the addendum, our standard child protection and safeguarding policy continues to apply.
