Bridgnorth Endowed School is an established community sports hub with the vision to transform its facilities and create a sport participation legacy for all.
By improving facilities, we hope to provide a solid base and more inspiring environment to help develop, not only school sport, but also clubs and activities available to the wider community.
Enhancing sporting experiences is essential to increasing participation and delivering the many benefits that sport has to offer, and we have a number of exciting improvements planned.
Improvement Projects
1. Additional Changing Facilities
With more and more external clubs using our outdoor pitches and courts, extra changing facilities are needed, so new state-of-the-art changing rooms are the first on the list of upgrades.
2. Covered Netball and Tennis Courts
As the British weather can present quite a challenge for regular practice and matches, we’re planning to cover our courts to offer all year-round netball and tennis.
3. Floodlit 3G Rugby and Football Pitches
3G pitches are the most advanced in synthetic surface technology. Ideal for rugby and football, they are designed to offer optimum durability, ball bounce, ball roll, and non-abrasiveness.
